今日は床の作業をしていきたいと思います。
Today, I’m going to work on the floor.
ホームセンターで合板を購入。一枚は半分に切ってもらいました。
I bought plywood at the hardware store. I had one sheet cut in half for easier transport.
床下に取り付ける支柱。本来は住宅用だけど軽キャンカーにうってつけのパーツです。
These are the supports for under the floor. They are originally for housing, but they’re the perfect parts for a micro-camper.
とりあえず板を仮置きする。ぴったりです。
First, I did a test fit of the boards. A perfect fit.
と思ったら残念、加工しなければ入らないか。
But it looks like I’ll have to process them to get them in properly.
合板カット用に購入していたスクライピング定規。でこぼこ面に沿って板に線をトレースしてくれます。
This is the scribing ruler I bought for cutting the plywood. It traces the line of the bumpy wall onto the board.
こんな感じで壁面のでこぼこを板に再現してくれます。
This is how it reproduces the unevenness of the wall onto the board.
反対側もトレースします。
I’ll trace the other side as well.
左側
Left side
右側
Right side
線に沿ってジグソーカッターでカットしていきます。
I’m cutting along the lines with a jigsaw.
とりあえずはめてみる。まぁまぁかな？
Trying a test fit. Not bad, right?
反対側も同じようにカットしていきます。
I’ll cut the other side in the same way.
とりあえず仮組してみました。まぁまぁうまく行ったんではないでしょうか(笑) 今日はここまで。
I did a mock-up for now. I think it turned out pretty well! (lol) That’s it for today.
